ORDER This is first application under section 439 CrPC for grant of bail in connection with Crime No. 47/06, registered under sections 302 & 323 of the IPC by police station Meghnagar District Jhabua against the applicants and others on the allegation that on the date of incident one Munna caused injuries to the deceased. As against the applicant Kamla it is alleged that she exorted, whereas as against applicant Narsu it is alleged that he caused simple injuries to the eye witnesses. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that none of the applicant has caused any injury to the deceased and they were simply present on the place of incident. Having considered the facts and features of the case and the role alleged to have been played by these applicants, the application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants be released on bail on their each furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM Jhabua for their appearance before the committal Court/trial Court on all dates as may be fixed during pendency of the trial. He is further directed to abide conditions enumerated in section 437 (3) of the CrPC.
