Judgment 1. Heard. OFFENCE alleged is under sections 307/324/326/148/149 IPC. The petitioner is attributed head injury. He has been in custody since 8.10.2005. It is submitted that the trial will take time; the petitioner is not a previous convict and his indefinite custody is not called for at this stage. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Sirsa. The petition is disposed of.
