JUDGMENT : Mr. Arijit Pasayat, J. An application has been filed indicating that processions are being taken out in support of the policy of reservation. It is submitted by the learned Counsel that this is contrary to our order dated 31.5.2006 which prohibited protests, strikes or discontent of any form relating to the issues being examined by us. 2. It needs no reiteration that it applies to everyone who wants to say something either for or against the policy of the Government. I.A. No.2 is disposed of. 3. We have perused the Status Report submitted by the learned Solicitor General. No further orders are necessary in the matter. 4. List as directed earlier.
