ORDER This writ petition, professedly filed in public interest, invites the court to veritably take over the general administration and town planning of Gaya in order to ameliorate the living conditions of the residents of that town. It raises, all at the same time, the problems of water supply, general health and hygiene drainage, disposal of waste, mismanagement of heritage sites and other assorted matters. 2. This Court has neither the inclination nor the competence and the resources to take over the running of a city. We decline to entertain this writ petition. It is dismissed.
