Judgment 1. On 30.1.2006, the following order was passed:- "heard. Offence alleged is under sections 323/324/307/452/148/149 ipc. It is stated that the petitioner is a minor girl and no injury is attributed to her and she was found innocent during investigation and has now been summoned under section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Without expressing any opinion on merits, a direction is issued that on appearing before the trial court on the date fixed, the petitioner will be admitted to bail on appropriate conditions. The petition is disposed of. " 2. Counsel for the petitioner says that on account of some communication gap, the petitioner could not appear on the date fixed and will appear on the next date i. e.1.3.2006. If the petitioner so appears, the order earlier granted will continue to be operative. Crl. Misc. No.10742 of 2006 is disposed of.
