Judgment 1. This order will dispose of Criminal Misc. Nos.7864-M and 9008-M of 2006. Heard. 2. Offence alleged is under sections 376/364/365/366-A/344/218/ 506/509 IPC, section 25 of the Arms Act and sections 8/9/13 of P. C. Act. It is not disputed that cases of petitioners Sham Lal and gurbachan Singh are at par with Ramgir co-accused, who has been granted bail vide order dated 9.2.2006 in Criminal Misc. No.341-M of 2006. 3. In view of above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioners are granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty magistrate, ropar. The petitions are disposed of.
