Judgment 1. Allegation against the petitioner is of having committed rape. Only contention raised in support of prayer for bail is that the witnesses, to whom the prosecutrix had narrated her version, have been declared hostile. Without expressing any opinion on merits, no case is made out for grant of bail at this stage. The petition is dismissed.
