Judgment 1. Offence alleged is under sections 420/406 IPC. It is contended that the petitioner is in custody for the last about three months; investigation is complete; case is triable by Magistrate; the petitioner is not a previous convict and is not likely to abscond or misuse the concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Jalandhar. The petition is disposed of.
