Judgment 1. Vide order under challenge, application of the petitioners under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC to implead Yashpal and Sat Pal as defendants in the pending suit was dismissed. It is apparent from the records that the suit is pending since 1997. When it is near completion, present application has been moved. The Court below has found it, as a matter of fact, that the individuals, to whom petitioner intended to implead as defendants, are not necessary party. No case is made out for interference.
