ORDER : I.A. No. 22 1. Counsel for the contractor states that pre- fabricated super structure of Lairage Building will arrive by 31st July, 2006 and the same shall be put in place immediately thereafter provided the MCD gives the final designs by 21st July, 2006. He further assures us that the third part of the machinery shall arrive in India in September, 2006. 2. Counsel for the MCD informs us that so far as outstanding amount of remaining work is concerned, a High Powered Committee under Finance Advisor-cum-Chief Accountant has been set up to negotiate the rates and prices with the contractor. We direct that this should be done by 21st July, 2006. 3. Status Report be filed on or before 5th August, 2006 and the copies of the same be served only on the counsel appearing for the appellant, the contractor, Central Pollution Control Board, Delhi Government and DDA. 4.
