ORDER : UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following 1. The status report dated 10th July, 2006 has been filed by the Department of Road Transport and Highways, Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Government of India. In para 2(A)(ii) relating to the Western Peripheral Express Highway, it is stated that land acquisition is targeted for completion by 31st May, 2006 provided funds are released subject to Utilisation Certificate being provided by Government of Haryana. It is stated by learned counsel for the Government of India as also the State of Haryana that the land acquisition proceedings have been completed and now, on issue of Utilisation Certificate by the Government of Haryana, funds will be released by the Government of India. 2.
