Judgment 1. Vide order, under challenge, application of the petitioner, to appoint a Local Commissioner, for the purpose of demarcation of the property, in dispute, was dismissed. This Court feels that except in appropriate cases, the Courts are not supposed to collect evidence for the parties. Order passed is perfectly justified. No case is made out for interference.
