Judgment 1. On 6.5.2004 the hearing of the petition was adjourned sine die because respondents have placed on record order Annexure R-2 passed by the supreme Court staying the contempt proceedings pending the S. L. P. In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Accordingly, rule is discharged.
