JUDGMENT : 1. Pursuant to the notice issued to Mr. Harsharan Singh Ball] as to why action for contempt of court for disobedience of the directions of this Court be not taken against him, he is present in person and states that the reply to the notice is ready and will be filed in the Registry during the course of the day. In the affidavit to be filed, Mr. Balli states that he would require proper documents as at the time when sealing took place in Tilak Nagar, he was not even present there. The Government of NCT of Delhi shall provide necessary documents to Mr. Balli. 2. We have perused the order dated 11th May, 2006 which, inter alia, notices the recommendations made by the Monitoring Committee. We have also perused the affidavit filed on 14th July, 2006 by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The affidavit annexes a chart showing details of the property numbers and dates of tampering of the seals and dates of filing of FIRs. The names of the persons who have said to have tampered with the seal shall be filed within two weeks. 3. The Delhi Development Authority and the Union of India have not filed affidavits in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 11th May, 2006. As prayed, two weeks' time is granted to file the said affidavits. 4. For further consideration, list this matter in the month of August, 2006.
