JUDGMENT : 1. An affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the Union of India stating therein that 246 houses have been vacated. Prayer has been made that 148 cases are pending before the Estate Officer and 76 cases are pending before the High Court, for which the learned Chief Justice of Delhi High Court has been moved to expedite the hearing and the same will take some time. 2. Put up the matter after two months. 3. In the meantime, the Union of India should file further affidavit giving details of 27 cases, which have been regularized. In further affidavit, statement should be made in relation to the facts stated in paragraph 6 of the affidavit regarding houses in the Pool of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha with reference to the entitlement of the Members, who have not vacated. 4.
