( 2 ) IT is alleged that the applicant was arrested at Ashok Nagar Delhi along with a stolen Motor cycle of the complainant Sandeep Pandey. The counter affidavit shows that the applicant is habitual offender and seven criminal cases are pending against him. ( 3 ) IN the circumstances the applicant does not deserve bail.
