After some hearing, Mr. Gupta, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to any other remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. We may clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the issues raised in the present writ petition. As and when the petitioner chooses to avail of an appropriate remedy, the same shall be considered on its on merits.
