JUDGMENT : 1. Put up on Friday the 4th August, 2006. 2. Meanwhile, the vacant possession of Plot Nos.2 3 &24, Rouse Avenue, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg, New Delhi should be handed over to the Registrar of Delhi High Court. 3. Learned senior counsel appearing for NCT is directed to see that both the plots should be handed over to the Registrar. Delhi High Court for taking necessary steps for establishment of Family Courts at Delhi. In case the vacant possession is not delivered before Friday the 4th August, 2006, the Registrar of Delhi High Court will take necessary steps to get the occupant evicted from premises in question by resorting to police help.
