Judgment 1. On 25.8.2005, following order was passed :- " The petitioners did not appear before the trial court on april 21, 2005. Consequently the bail was cancelled. The matter has been adjourned to September 26, 2005. The petitioners shall surrender before the trial court on or before September 1, 2005 on furnishing adequate surety to the satisfaction of the court. Notice of motion for October 3, 2005. " It is stated that the petitioners have furnished bail to the satisfaction of the trial court. In these circumstances the order granting bail will continue till any further order is passed by the trial court. Petition is disposed of.
