Judgment 1. The judgment and decree passed by the trial court, as upheld by this Court, is subject matter of appeal before the Supreme Court where some orders have been passed. In the absence of any stay, the judgment and decree passed by the civil court might have become executable. Therefore, the remedy of execution is available to the petitioner. Accordingly, no case is made out for issuance of notice to show cause. Dismissed.
