Judgment 1. Poonam, who has been produced in Court, stated that she never married the petitioner and her signatures were obtained on the pretext of getting her a job. In view of this stand, without going into correctness or otherwise on the rival versions, no ground is made out for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus. Petition is dismissed.
