Order This petition is directed against the order dated 9th August, 2000 passed by Ministry of Labour, Government of India refusing the request of the Union for making a reference under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on the ground that the dispute has been raised after ten years and there is no ground for reference. This fact has not been disputed in the petition. Petitioner was terminated in the year 1988 and the dispute was said to be raised on 8th November, 2000 i.e., after more than eleven years. 2. I do not find any merit in this petition to interfere with the impugned order, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
