Judgment 1. Heard. OFFENCE alleged is under sections 307/332/353/186/34 IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that Ved Parkash coaccused has been granted bail in Criminal Misc. No.3128-M of 2006 and the role attributed to the petitioner is not higher than Ved Parkash co-accused and he has been in custody since 22.7.2005. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Jhajjar. The petition is disposed of. Q
