Judgment S.N. Jha, CJ.-This writ petition by the Hotel Association of Mount Abu has been filed seeking, in substance, a direction that the State Level Committee constituted by the State Government in the matter of construction etc. within the Municipal limits of Mount Abu has no jurisdiction to interfere in the matter of grant of permission for construction or for any other purpose whatsoever. In course of hearing, it transpired that the subject matter relating to construction at or around Mount Abu among other places is being dealt with by the Supreme Court in the case of T.N. Godavarman Thirumulpad vs. Union of India & Ors., and orders have been passed therein from time to time. In asmuch as the Supreme Court is already seized of the same matter, we are not inclined to continue the present proceeding which would be a parallel proceeding. 2. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in respect of any subsisting grievance after disposal of the matter by the Supreme Court.
