( 2 ) IT is alleged that the victim was subjected to rape on the point of country made pistol and during the course of rape her wearing clothes were torned. The F. I. R. was lodged on the same day. The torned clothes were taken into custody which contained smear spots. Supplementary report shows that spermatozoa were found. It is immaterial that the victim is above 19 years. No ground for bail is made out. The bail application is rejected. . .
