Judgment 1. Alleged recovery is three bags of poppy husk. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot, but is said to have been identified by the police officials. Counsel for the State says that case is fixed for evidence on 15.3.2006 and prosecution evidence is likely to be over within three months from the said date. In view of above, without expressing any opinion on merits, no ground is made out for grant of bail at this stage. The petition is dismissed. Liberty to apply again, if there is delay in trial.
