Judgment 1. Alleged recovery is of commercial quantity of contraband and it is alleged that the petitioner was apprehended on the spot. The case is already at evidence stage and one witness is said to have been examined. Without expressing any opinion on merits, no case is made out for grant of bail at this stage.
