ORDER : 1. It is stated by Mr. Rajeev Dhawan, learned Amicus-Curiae that five volumes of record purporting to be copies of there cords relating to the departmental proceedings have been filed. Let the State of Uttar Pradesh indicate, by way of synops is, as to what were the reasons which weighed for initiation and continuance of departmental proceedings and there levant pages in the volumes filed before this Court. They shall under take a similar exercise in respect of the subsequent decision to drop the departmental proceedings. This exercises hall be only in respect of Mrs. Neera Yadav. Let these details be filed within two weeks. The English translation of the relevant pages shall also be filed. 2. Call the matters on 09.10.2006. 3. Copies of I.A. Nos. 22-24 be supplied to learned Amicus-Curiae, learned counsel for the State of U.P. and the NOIDA authorities. 4. Response, if any, shall be filed by the next date of hearing.
