Judgment 1. Learned Counsel for the State has placed on record a copy of the appointment letter dated 2.3.2006 in favour of the petitioner appointing him on the post of Clerk in the category of handicapped. The same is taken on record as Mark "a". A copy of the same has also been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings.
