G. P. SRIVASTVA, J. ( 1 ) HEARD learned Counsel for the applicants and learned A. G. A. ( 2 ) IT is alleged that the applicant has committed rape upon a minor girl aged about 17 years. The rape was committed by the applicant and co-accused Kailash at the point of knife. The co-accused was apprehended by the village people and the applicant was able to escape. The victim in her statement narrated the entire facts. It is also alleged that the applicant is a lawyer by profession. No ground for bail is made out. The bail application is rejected. . .
