It has been stated in the affidavit filed on behalf of the State of Gujarat that 13 cases of unauthorized occupants have been found out against whom eviction proceedings have been initiated. Let the proceedings be disposed of expeditiously. 4. In view of this stand taken by the State of Gujarat, no further order need be passed by this Court in relation to this State.
