ORDER 1. Heard. 2. The applicant has filed this application under section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail. The applicant is arrested by PS Dehat, District Bhind in Crime No. 242 of 2007 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 of IPC. 3. It is submitted that some hot talk took place in between the complainant and the accused person due to which, the injury has been caused to the complainant without any pre intention. The injury sustained to the complainant is also simple in nature. The injury was caused by means of some fire arm, but no pellet has been found in X-Ray examination also in the body of the complainant. The applicant is the student and also appearing in some examination of B.Sc. The disposal of the case will take time, therefore, prayed for grant of bail. 4. Learned panel lawyer opposed the application and prayed for its rejection. 5. Considering the over all facts of the case, the application is allowed. Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. twenty five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. A copy of this order be sent to the trial Court.
