Judgment 1. In this group of three petitions, the learned Counsel appearing for the parties are present and they have, jointly, submitted that the sealed envelope containing the relevant records and files received from the disbandment Commission on the earlier date, which is kept as a part of the record, shall be given to the learned Advocate General, Bihar. It is further, jointly, submitted that the Government may seriously consider and take appropriate decision thereon, as early as, possible. 2. In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, these petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Registry to handover the envelope received from the Former Justice Amir Das Enquiry Commission to the learned Advocate General, Bihar. 3. Consequently, these petitions shall stand disposed of. 4. Let a copy of this order be given to the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.
