Judgment 1. This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 25.11.2005 passed by Subordinate Judge-V, Gopalganj whereby Title Suit No. 40 of 1994 has been allowed for analogus hearing with Title Suit No. 398 of 2002. Both the suits are for-partition of property. Earlier plaintiffs of Title Suit No. 398 of 2002 has filed an application for being impleaded as party in Title Suit No. 40 of 1994 which has been rejected and they have filed another Suit No. 398 of 2002. 2. Considering the facts that the parties are common and the suit property is also same, the relief is also similar, I do not find any error in the order. Accordingly this application is dismissed. However, the trial court will make efforts for early disposal of both the case.
