ORDER Dr. Arijit Pasayat and D.K. Jain, JJ. - I.A. No. 2119-20 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Let the petitioner move the Monitoring Committee and bring it to its notice the order dated 12.12.2006 in I.A. No. 2026 in I.A. No. 22 in Writ Petition (C) No. 4677 of 85. The said order is to the effect that the premised used by public sector undertakings as tramsit houses/guest houses for their officer and not being let out as commercial ventures are exempted from sealing. On an application being filed to this effect, the same shall be dealt with expeditiously I.A. No. 2121 2. A statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, that demolition shall be carried out within a period of four days - The M.C.D. is directed to de-seal the premises for carrying out the said demolition within four days. 3. List after one week.
