ORDER Arijit Pasayat, J. - The CEC has already filed its report but no response has been filed by the State. As regards fixation of NP V, CEC has filed a final report and for having an expert opinion Prof. Kanchan Chopra Committee was appointed to find out the basis on which the NP V payable has to be fixed.
