JUDGMENT Permod Kohli, J. (Oral):- This revision petition is directed against the order dated 2.4.2007 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Division), Ganaur whereby an application preferred by the present petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Civil Procedure Code for a direction to the plaintiff to implead certain persons as party defendants has been dismissed. Vide the impugned order, the trial court has observed that the relief sought in the suit is only against the defendants in the suit and the persons sought to be impleaded as party-defendants are not the necessary parties, as no relief is claimed against them. Be that as it may, the fact remains that if plaintiff has failed to implead the necessary parties, the suit will suffer and defendants cannot be said to be prejudiced in any manner. I do not find any legal infirmity in the impugned order. In view of the above, I find no merit in the revision petition and the same is dismissed. No order as to costs. —————————————
