JUDGMENT : 1. Learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for CBI submitted that they have filed charge-sheets against the three lawyers, who were involved in filing false Criminal Case No.118/04 before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.10, Ahmedabad. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st petitioner, who instigated to file the first complaint submitted that it was a bona fide action by him and the petitioner would like to file a further affidavit to this effect. 3. We also make it clear that the pendency of the criminal proceeding against the three lawyers need not stand in the way of the Bar Council of India for taking any disciplinary action and the Bar Council to take appropriate action against them. 4. List after six weeks.
