Judgment MOHAMMAD RAFIQ, V. J. ( 1 ) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners, learned public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant documents placed before me. ( 2 ) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners argued that petitioners had worked for Shri s. K. Narayanan who is the Managing Director of South Queen Work Builders and developers Pvt. Ltd. India and the main culprit in inducing the complainant and others for paying money to get them employed abroad. In fact, the said S. K. Narayanan is having licence from Government of India and has been in this business for quite some time and operating through various offices in different States and he has even not paid salary of the petitioners. While the petitioners was arrested on 26. 04. 2007, the police has not even apprehended the aforesaid shri S. K. Narayanan. ( 3 ) LEARNED Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. ( 4 ) WITHOUT expressing any opinion on the merits of this case but taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case and the arguments aforestated, I deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on bail. ( 5 ) IN the result, this bail application u/s. 439 Cr. P. C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioners (1) Parvindra Kumar Jakhad s/o Jagdish Prasad and (2) Ranjeet Yadav s/o prabhu Dayal shall be released on bail in f. I. R. No. 102/07 P. S. Vidhyadhar Nagar, jaipur City subject to each of the furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000 together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court for his appearance before that court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so till conclusion of the trial. Bail Application allowed. .
