ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. By the impugned order, the High Court directed that the writ petitioners were entitled to regularisation of their services. It appears that against the impugned order, when the matter was brought to this Court by the Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board in Civil Appeal No. 5632 of 20061 this Court allowed the appeal and set aside the aforesaid order passed by the: High Court. In our view, the present case is squarely covered by the aforesaid order of this Court and the appellants are also entitled to the same relief. 4. The civil appeal is, accordingly, allowed and the impugned order is set aside. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
