ORDER : 1. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following : 2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. It appears that M.C.D. has taken a view that the property, in question, is a residential one. According to the report of the Monitoring Committee appointed by this Court, the premises are used for commercial purposes and commercial activities are carried on. In view of this apparent divergence of view we direct that sealing shall not be done until the next date of hearing which is fixed to 9th October,2007. The amicus curiae shall obtain instructions and if necessary submit a report by the Monitoring Committee.
