Sinha, J. - Let the copies of the affidavits affirmed by Ms. Surinder Kaur, Under Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development, and Ms. Sumita Mukherjee, Director (SR) in the Ministry of Home Affairs, be placed on record. It appears that copies of the said affidavits have been served upon the counsel appearing on behalf of some of the States. Let copies of these affidavits be served upon all the States. 2. Put up after three weeks. In the meantime, response to the said affidavits, if any, may be filed by the States. Ms. Aparna Bhat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that she would also file response to the said affidavits in the meantime.
