Order Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order whereby the amendment petition filed by the plaintiff petitioner has been rejected. 2. Admittedly, the suit was of the year 2006 and the petition was tiled for amendment of the plaint. Moreover, the proposed amendment, in my view, will not change the nature of the suit. Accordingly, the impugned order of dismissal of the petition cannot be sustained in law. 3. This writ application is, therefore, allowed and the impugned order is set aside. Consequently, the amendment petition is allowed.
