PER THAKUR, J. ( 1 ) IN this petition for a writ of Mandamus, the prayer for a direction against the respondents to supply to him the following documents is made:- a)Complete set of IMB proceedings which includes AFMSF-16 (Ver-2002), AFMSF-18, afmsf-81, IAFY-1948 (Discharge Roll ). b)Copy of the impugned discharge order passed by the OIC Records, RRRC Delhi cantt. c)Copy of the discharge certificate showing the date of discharge in respect of the petitioner pursuant to the aforesaid steps taken by the Respondents. ( 2 ) MAJOR S. S. Pandey, appearing on behalf of the Respondents, submits that the documents in question can be supplied to the petitioner within four weeks from today. ( 3 ) IN the circumstances, therefore, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the documents in question shall be supplied to the petitioner within four weeks from today. No costs.
