Judgment :- While disposing of the writ petition, this Court has directed the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for the year 2006 for the post of Joint Director of School Education . As against the said order, the respondents have filed writ appeal in W.A.No.313 of 2007. It is the case of the respondents in the contempt petition that as per the direction of the Bench in the writ appeal, the respondents have completed the enquiry in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner herein and ultimately final order was passed on 13. 2007 imposing punishment. It is also admitted that as against the final order passed by the respondents dated 13. 2007, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.10935 of 2007. It is case of the learned counsel for the respondents that the said writ petition is also posted along with W.A.No.313 of 2007 pending before the Honble First Bench. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any contempt against the respondents. Hence, nothing survives in this petition and the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the parties to work out their remedies in the matter before the Honble First Bench.
