ORDER : 1. After having heard learned counsel for the parties, we permit the applicant to provide facilities to 1.M/ s Inter Globe Aviation Ltd., 2. M/s Tour Club and 3. M/s Spicejet, with whom it is stated agreements for occupation for different periods ending February and March, 2008 are in operation. It is made clear that no other portion in the premises, in question, shall be permitted to be used for any commercial purposes. This arrangement shall be on the basis of the lease agreements stated to have been entered into. Copies thereof shall be supplied to the Monitoring Committee to verify whether there is any occupation in terms thereof or there is any variation. 2. The I.A. is disposed of.
