JUDGEMENT In pursuance of our separate judgment, we have quashed and set aside the demand raised by the Respondents. We have also issued notice to show cause to the Petitioner and Mr.Thamalla as to why action in accordance with law be not directed to be taken against them. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner prays for six weeks' time to file reply. Reply to be filed within six weeks from today. The Court notice be issued to Mr.Thamalla on the address available on the record. The Petitioner would be at liberty to request for the release of the Bank Guarantee furnished to the Court as a result of the impugned order. However, the request of the Petitioner for the release of the Bank Guarantee will be considered only after six weeks.
