Honble GUPTA, J.—Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The impugned order granting temporary injunction directing parties to maintain status quo pending disposal of the application for temporary injunction is appealable under O. 4 3 Rule 1(r) C.P.C. 3. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed. It is made clear that this dismissal will not come in the way of the petitioner, if he is otherwise entitled to file the appeal.
