In Annexure D to the affidavit, in relation to General Secretary, Orissa Ex-MLAs Council and Orissa S.C. and S.T. Legislative Co-ordination Council, it has been stated that S.L.P. (C) No.18615 of 1994 is pending before this Court. Let the records of the said petition be placed on the next date. 9. From Annexure D, it appears that in the list of fifty seven persons, eviction proceedings have been initiated, notices served therein but the same have not been disposed of. The concerned Estate Officer is directed to dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order. 10.
