ORDER N.N. Tiwari, J. 1. Since common grievance(s) has/have been raised by the petitioners in all these writ petitions, the same have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. 2. The grievance of the petitioner(s) is that their final pension has not been fixed by the Accountant General and payment has not been made to them. It has been stated that the benefit given to them by way of Assured Career Progression (in short ACP) has not been added and consequential retiral benefits have not been given to the petitioners, taking into consideration and adding the benefit of the ACP. 3. Mr. S. Srivastava, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, submitted that the petitioners pension has already been finalised and payment order has been issued by the Accountant General, but so far as the benefit of ACP is concerned, the Director, Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (in short RIMS), Ranchi was requested to send necessary order with approval of the Finance Department and revision of the pensionary benefit of the petitioners, but till date, the same has not been received in the office of the Accountant General. 4. Mr. R. Krishna, learned counsel, appealing on behalf of RIMS, on the other hand, submitted that the RIMS is not at fault and the request has already been made, to the competent authority, but the approval has not been sent by the concerned authority of the Government. 5. Considering the said submissions made by learned Counsel for the parties, these" writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondents to consider the petitioners grievance(s) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioners are found entitled to get the benefit of ACP, the competent authority shall see that the order in that regard be issued to enable the office of the Accountant General to revise the pensionary benefits and issue authority letter for payment thereof within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.

So far as the additional individual claim of the petitioner of WP(S) No. 2277 of 2005,regarding payment of provident fund, is concerned, she is at liberty to file a representation before the Special Secretary-cum-Director, Provident Fund Directorate, Jharkhand, Ranchi, who, on receipt of such representation, shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. As regards the further individual claim of the petitioner of WP(S) No. 601 of 2006, regarding promotional benefits, is concerned, he is also at liberty to file a representation before the competent authority, who, on receipt of such representation, shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
